District 3504 - Farmers Insurance is one of the best districts in the entire country and we are seeking a top preforming, licensed, insurance sales producer. We require someone fluent in English and Spanish, with a minimum of three years of insurance sales success. Our district, 3504, is a President's Council Member, which is ranked in the top 1% of all districts.
Completion of the Assessment is required prior to an interview.

Responsibilities
We give you leads!
- Contact leads given to you to offer Property & Casualty insurance policies to individuals and small businesses via proprietary phone system.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations
- Quote and bind policies from multiple carriers using the training provided to you by the University of Farmers and local trainers you will be given access to.
- Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company procedures
- Exceed goals given and develop referrals by providing excellent service.
- Document all client interactions and follow up.
Requirements
Active Texas Property & Casualty insurance General Lines license (required)
Minimum 3 years of insurance salesStrong, verifiable track record of success. Be prepared to discuss your numbers in an interview : average calls in a day, monthly closing ratio, numbers of policies sold a month.Tech-savvy with the ability to use virtual tools (Zoom, CRMs, Email)Bilingual English and Spanish (this is required for this role)Life and Health Licenses with experience in Life Insurance sales a PLUSCompleted assessment is required prior to an interview.
