A company is looking for an Eligibility Representative I to process and maintain eligibility information for individual and employer groups.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate eligibility records for assigned lines of business
Enter system eligibility data daily, including new enrollees, changes, and cancellations
Conduct periodic audits of group eligibility data and respond to eligibility inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
One year of general work experience required
Ability to maintain quality and production standards
Experience with data entry and record maintenance
Familiarity with compliance policies and standards
