Palliative Care Clinical Administrator

The Palliative Care Clinical Administrator plays a key leadership role in overseeing the clinical operations, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary coordination of care for patients with serious illness. The position is open to licensed nurses (RN, BSN) or social workers (LSW, LISW) with strong experience in palliative or hospice care. This individual will supervise team members, ensure adherence to best practices, support program development, and serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative staff.

Bachelor's Degree (Required) LISW - Licensed Independent Social Worker - Social Work Certification and Licensure Board, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
