As a test driver, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of off-road vehicles by operating vehicles through prescribed engineered test routes in real-world conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Operate Polaris Off-Road Vehicles in a variety of terrains and weather conditions to evaluate performance, durability, and safety.
• Execute structured test plans and provide detailed feedback on vehicle handling, ride quality, and system functionality.
• Document test results using digital tools and web-based systems, including daily logs, performance notes, and incident reports.
• Identify and report issues related to vehicle performance, safety, and reliability, offering recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to test prototype and production vehicles, contributing to product development and refinement.
• Capture and upload digital photos of test vehicles and components for documentation and analysis.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all OSHA and company safety standards.
• Adapt to changing assignments and test priorities with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Travel occasionally to off-site testing locations as needed.
