- Transfer and organize academic and student profile data with precision.
- Perform thorough data cleanup to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and manipulate datasets efficiently.
- Copy and paste data across multiple sheets while maintaining integrity.
- Extract and compile relevant information for reporting purposes.
- Verify data entries to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining organized digital records for easy access.
- Perform routine checks to identify and resolve discrepancies in data.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and formatting.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify errors in large datasets.
- Familiarity with handling numeric data and performing repetitive tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
