Job Description

• Apply liquid or granular lawn care products on commercial & residential properties.
• Core aeration and lawn over-seeding to customer properties.
• Clean-up of property when completing the lawn care application by clearing pavement areas of lawn care products or other debris.
• Accurately record & submit written and digital records of lawn care applications daily.
• Maintain a high level of quality, efficiency and customer service.
• Coordinate products & equipment needed for services.
• Meet with current and prospective customers.
• Clearly communicating with clients about their property and effectively answering questions or directing them to others as needed.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Safely drive truck and trailer, maneuvering and backing into tight spots such as driveways.
• Assisting with lawn maintenance & landscaping or snow & ice management as needed, performing as a team player. Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned.
• Promote company and services.
• Must ensure a safe environment for employees, customers, and the general public.
• Full-time, W-2 position.
