Coordinator, Paid Search
Assembly is seeking a Coordinator, Paid Search to join our full-service digital marketing agency. The primary responsibility of the Paid Search Coordinator is to work with Paid Search teams to support retail clients with their paid search engine marketing campaigns. This is a perfect opportunity for recent college grads with agency internship experience.
Responsibilities include aiding in the creation of paid search strategy, leveraging first and third-party data sources, trafficking of new paid search keywords, campaigns, ad copy, and site links, using third-party tracking tools and respective search channels, generating reports for search campaigns on a weekly and ad hoc basis, supporting paid search team through generating recap reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis leveraging Power Point and Excel, understanding which optimization tactics are appropriate to implement based on clients' goals and data analysis, ability to work and prioritize within timelines and effectively communicate in both the verbal and written form, attending client meetings to discuss results and next steps, and working with cross-functional account teams to develop integrated digital advertising programs.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree required, work experience or interest in digital advertising, knowledge of AdWords, Kenshoo, Marin, Campaign Manager, or Bing AdCenter highly favored but not required, strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, strong critical thinking, quantitative analysis, and communication skills, deadline and detail oriented with the ability to handle a multi-faceted task list, high energy and a positive attitude with teamwork mentality.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $45,000 - $50,000 USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
