Sales Consultant (Base + Uncapped Commission!)

Location : Riverside, MO

Responsibilities

  • Work a monthly rotating schedule : Weeks 1–2 : Monday-Friday 9 : 00-19 : 00; Weeks 3–4 : Tuesday-Friday 9 : 00-19 : 00 and Saturday 9 : 00-14 : 00. Each appointment lasts ~2 hours.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and individual & group training workshops.
  • Lead clients through an interactive, highly personalized one-call close sales process.

    • Qualifications

  • Ability to quickly connect with anyone in any environment.
  • Competitive nature with drive to succeed.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Valid smartphone or smart device for two-factor authentication access.
  • Previous sales experience preferred; recent graduates and individuals from retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles also successful.
  • Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.
