Microsoft D365 CRM Technical Lead

Infosys is seeking Microsoft Dynamics CE(CRM) Lead Developer This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.Required Qualifications : Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX / Raleigh, NC / Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.4+ years of experience in D CE with understanding and familiarity of Azure Implementations for Apps, Services, APIs and Data.D, Azure services, .NET, power AutomateCustomizations using Plugins, JavaScript's, Custom Workflows, Power Automate, Integration APIs, web API, WCF and Model driven apps, power automation, and Azure services. Peer review and code enhancements Extensive knowledge and experience of CRM CPQ and Power Apps Portal Experience working / developing JavaScript, Plugins Strong understanding of application lifecycle management Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities Solution Deployment Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this timeKey Responsibilities : Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring optimal D CE solutions.Design, develop, and deploy custom D CE solutions, including configurations, customizations, and integrations.Provide technical leadership on Dynamics CE projects.Develop and implement Power Platform components, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.Ensure best practices in solution architecture, development, and deployment methodologies.Work alongside cross-functional teams, including functional consultants and business analysts, to deliver successful projects.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth system operations.Key Requirements : Proven experience as a D CE Technical ConsultantStrong knowledge of Dynamics CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.Expertise in customization and configuration, including workflows, plugins, and custom entities.Proficiency in development languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform technologies.Experience with integration tools such as Azure, Power Automate, and third-party APIsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
