This is a FLOATING social work position supporting 2 Adult Day Care Programs in Seattle Area. Will float between 4515 Martin Luther King Jr Way S, Suite 100, Seattle WA 98108 & 4831 35th Ave SW Seattle, WA 98126

Job Requirements

Role : Licensed Social Worker

Start Date : ASAP

Shift : 5 x 8 Days

Years of Experience REQ : 2 years, must be with geriatric population

First-Timers Accepted : Yes

Weekend REQ : No

Is on-call REQ? No

Certs REQ : BLS, MSW, Then either - WA LICSW, WA LSWAIC, OR WA LASW. Only one of these social work designations is required. Temporary licensure of any of these types, as designated by the state of WA, is OK.
