Allied Universal is hiring a Regional Trainer for the NYC Branches. The Regional Trainer will teach Allied Universal employees at all levels, upskilling employees to develop a safety, service, and growth mindset. Training course development, delivery and compliance-tracking will be conducted in accordance with all federal, state or province, and local laws and regulations, while also adhering to Allied Universal standards and values.

Pay : $64,350 annually, 10% bonus potential

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Training Design & Delivery

Develop and deliver training content for internal staff and client-specific needs.

• Facilitate programs in compliance with Allied Universal standards and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide specialty training in CPR / First Aid / AED, defensive tactics, mobility devices, and field training.

Site Visits & Audits

External Partnerships & Special Projects
