The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as a key point of contact for patients, providing skilled phlebotomy and specimen processing services in a professional, accurate, and compassionate manner. The PSR II ensures proper specimen handling, patient identification, and documentation while adhering to safety and compliance standards. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, organizational focus, and a commitment to quality and patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection following established procedures and standards.Verify patient identity, demographics, and labeling accuracy, ensuring proper documentation.Maintain a safe, professional, and clean workspace that reflects company values.Provide exceptional patient service , ensuring comfort and clear communication throughout the process.Demonstrate proficiency in pediatric, geriatric, and capillary blood draws .Uphold confidentiality, quality assurance, and infection-control protocols.Travel and provide coverage across multiple locations as needed.Display leadership behaviors and promote teamwork and process excellence.Complete all records, logs, and required documentation promptly.Support flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.Required Experience :
Three years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.Minimum of two years in a Patient Service Center (PSC) environment preferred.Customer service experience in a healthcare, retail, or service environment preferred.Data entry and computer proficiency required.Nice-to-Have Experience :
Medical assistant or paramedic training.Experience in multi-site or mobile phlebotomy roles.Required Skills :

Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 8 : 00 AM-4 : 00 PM; Friday, 8 : 00 AM-12 : 00 PM.Environment : Onsite patient-facing role.Travel to additional collection sites may be required.Not eligible for remote work.Benefits :
