What youll be doing

• Collaborate with project managers partnerships managers business analyst and developers to ensure requirements and all test scenarios are covered
• Ensuring quality across all our partners and products
• Work with clients to troubleshoot issues and find solutions
• Investigate production performance alerts and communicate to proper channels
• Manage numerous concurrent projects activities and tasks under time constraints
