AthenaPsych is a New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH)-licensed provider of community mental health services for children, adults, and families with behavioral and emotional challenges. We provide trauma-informed individual, group, family, and relationship therapies as well as psychiatry and peer specialist services. We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Child Therapy Program Supervisor to oversee and enhance our child-focused clinical services. This role is ideal for a licensed psychologist who excels in both direct clinical work and program administration. In addition to providing assessment services, the Child Therapy Program Supervisor will play a key role in supervising school-based therapists, developing child service programs, and ensuring best practices in clinical workflows.

Compensation is based on credentials and experience.

Working Conditions : This position will be hybrid 2-3x in office located at either our Bronx Office (2825 Third Avenue, Suite 402, Bronx, NY 10455), Manhattan office (33 West 60th Street, New York, NY 10023, Suite 600), or Rochester Office (1299 Portland Ave, Rochester, NY). This is a professional work environment where a computer, desk, chair, and office supplies will be provided on-site at each of our offices.

Physical Requirements : Physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of the role above. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear and speak on the phone or computer throughout the day, stand and sit for an extended period of time, and be able to write and answer emails in addition to carrying objects no greater than 25 pounds, when needed.
