Job Summary : This role will lead the ongoing optimization of our employee benefits programs. This person will ensure benefit offerings serve as a recruiting and retention tool positively impacting the associate experience. This person will also be managing vendor relationships to drive value and efficiency with benefit offerings. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with deep knowledge of the benefits landscape and a track record of executing forward-thinking, data-driven strategies.
