The two-year guaranteed base salary of $540,000 transitions into a senior comp model with productivity bonuses up to $80 / wRVU.  Generous PTO.  Team : 7 GI Physicians (1 off-site), 6 APPs.  Hospital Employee .  Procedures : General GI with optional EUS / ERCP, 8-10 scopes daily, ~8-10 clinic patients.  On-site, brand-new Endoscopy Center with 5 procedure rooms and full Anesthesia support.  Inpatient Rounding : With NP and internal medicine resident.  Full interventional radiology and surgical support (colorectal, bariatric, laparoscopic).  1 : 7 Call Ratio.  Loan Forgiveness available.  Signing Bonus available up to $50,000 .   Residency / Fellowship Stipend available.  Relocation Bonus available.  CME time and money available.  403B.
