Duties of a Direct Client Services Agent are :

• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on AT&T services.
• Deliver a seamless and friendly customer experience, from initial greeting to final sale, ensuring a positive impression.
• Present and sell a wide range of AT&T products, including mobile plans, internet services, and entertainment packages.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current AT&T promotions and offerings to inform customers accurately.
• Collaborate with the Direct Client Services Agent team to achieve collective sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills.
• Process new customer activations and service upgrades with precision and attention to detail.
