We send catalogs to our customers, and they reach out to us to order parts for their trucks and business needs. Whether you're experienced in sales and service or eager to learn, we'll provide full training on our products and order entry system to set you up for success. This role is a fantastic step forward for anyone transitioning from an auto parts counter position or similar customer-facing job. You'll be helping small business owners find the right parts when they call in-making a real difference every day.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly customer service and sales support primarily over phone and through email to get replacement and upgrade parts for customers.
• Communicate with other team members and vendors to ensure product availability and correct specifications for products.
• Ensure orders are accurate and shipments go out smoothly by confirming details like fitment, size, and color.
• Collaborate with a team that values precision and customer satisfaction.
