Utilization Management Representative

A company is looking for a Utilization Management Representative - DME - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate prior authorization reviews and ensure compliance with requirements

Verify insurance for DME supplies and process orders for shipment

Maintain positive customer relations and communicate with members, providers, and internal departments

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of DME and / or Utilization Management experience

High school diploma or GED required

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
