We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Shipping Clerk to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be essential in ensuring our products reach customers accurately and on time, both domestically and internationally. You'll be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and collaborating with various teams to meet our high standards for customer satisfaction.

Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday, First Shift, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $23 / hr

Location : Linthicum Heights, MD

Shipping Clerk responsibilities include :

• Coordinate and Process Shipments : Prepare all shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and commercial invoices. You'll also book and track shipments with various domestic and international freight carriers.
• Manage Inventory and Orders : Utilize ERP and online freight portals to accurately process orders, generate shipping labels, track inventory, and book shipments.
• Ensure Accuracy and Quality : Verify all outgoing shipments match customer orders and are securely packaged to prevent damage. You'll also work with the warehouse team to resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate and Communicate : Partner with the sales and warehouse teams to prioritize orders, resolve shipping issues, and maintain an organized, well-stocked work area.
