Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst to coordinate the delivery of high-quality systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead testing efforts for system changes and enhancements

Utilize manual and functional testing for back-end systems with large data outputs

Collaborate with service management developers and project teams to improve system functionality

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience

Completion of a technical training program with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree

Experience in analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing

Preferred experience includes a minimum of 6 years in relevant work

Experience with manual and functional testing in multiple systems and back-end systems with large data
