We're seeking a skilled In-House Tradesman (IHT) to join our team and make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve. As an In-House Tradesman, you'll be responsible for the daily field production of small to mid-sized residential projects. Work may include drywall, texture, painting, trim, light electrical and plumbing, and other reconstruction tasks needed to return properties to their pre-loss condition. We're looking for motivated professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship, reliability, and teamwork. This position plays a vital role in our mission to provide extraordinary care and support for homeowners during their time of need.

As an In-House Tradesman with Paul Davis Restoration, you'll play a hands-on role in helping homeowners and businesses recover after unexpected property damage. Your work directly impacts lives restoring not just structures, but the sense of comfort and peace that comes with them. In this role, you will :

• Serve your community by helping others in their time of need.
• Make a meaningful difference for property owners affected by fire, water, storm, or other disasters.
• Take pride in your craftsmanship as you complete small to medium-sized residential projects involving drywall, texture, paint, trim, light electrical, plumbing, and other reconstruction tasks that restore properties to pre-loss condition.
• Demonstrate empathy and urgency while communicating with customers and team members through modern technology.
