Compliance Technician-Production, Hudson, CO

Opal Foods is currently accepting applications for the position of Production Compliance Technician at our Hudson Farm location . This position is responsible maintaining compliance standards, as well as helping with various other house hand duties when necessary, while following all company rules and related regulations. Must have excellent work ethic, reliability and punctuality.

Position Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with all company humane animal care policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and legible paperwork
• Take blood and serum samples from live birds in accordance with the regulations and company procedures
• Accurately weigh live birds and complete associated reports
• Service various forms of pest related bait stations and pest traps
• Service, monitor and maintain fly traps
• Accurately swab litter belts in accordance with regulations and company procedures
• Maintain all disinfectant foot pans in accordance with regulations and company procedures
• Other farm responsibilities as needed such as helping to clean barns, removal of dead birds, etc.
