Seasonal Sales Outfitter Position

The Sales Outfitter performs various selling and customer service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance, and direction to customers.

Essential functions include supporting a strong commitment to world-class customer service, demonstrating products to customers, replenishing product on shelves, remaining a product expert, and assisting with seasonal merchandise moves.

Experience / qualifications include a high school education or equivalent experience, ability to calculate figures, communicate in a friendly and professional manner, establish and maintain effective working relationships, and operate a Point of Sale register system.

Physical requirements include standing and walking during shifts, ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps, communicating with others, operating machinery and power tools, and moving objects up to 100 pounds.

Independent judgment is required to complete work assignments and often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.

Starting pay rate : $16.50 - $18.75.
