The Role

As our first Workforce Manager, you will be the operational backbone of staffing efforts across clinical departments and projects. You will partner with leaders to forecast needs, analyze workload trends, and build scalable systems to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced environment where your work directly influences team efficiency, project success, and sustainable growth.

The posted base salary range for this position is $105,000-125,000 / year . This range does not include other compensation components; final pay will consider experience, job level, location, and other factors.

Information Security

All staff are part of Arine’s Information Security Management Program and undergo periodic training on Information Security Awareness and HIPAA guidelines. Each user must complete trainings before access is granted for their role.
