About Our Visual Designer, Marketing
As Audiochuck continues to grow across platforms and audiences, we’re looking for a talented and driven Designer to help bring our brand and marketing efforts to life visually. You’ll support the Growth team by creating compelling, high-impact design across a wide variety of formats and platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Design marketing assets for digital and social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create presentation decks (internal and external), infographics, one-sheeters, etc
- Design email newsletters, landing pages, and promotional graphics
- Collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Design and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and strategic visuals
- Support brand storytelling through both campaign and evergreen assets
- Help develop and maintain visual consistency across channels while working within evolving brand guidelines
- Create strong design briefs and translate them into compelling visual solutions
- Support Fan Engagement team with graphics around the Crime Junkie Fan Club, merch, and other initiatives
- Develop scalable visual content including social media templates, web design elements, and promotional graphics
- Ensure visual consistency across all branding touchpoints
- Design high-performing creative for digital paid campaigns, including assets optimized for performance marketing across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other key channels
- Apply feedback effectively to refine and elevate your work
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
What You’ll Bring to the Table
5+ years of professional design experience in a marketing, brand, or creative team (in-house or agency)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Google Slides; familiarity with Figma is a plusStrong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchyExperience designing for both digital and printAbility to interpret brand strategy and turn it into compelling visual narrativesExperience collaborating with marketing or growth teams, with comfort interpreting performance feedbackStrong understanding of brand identity systems and visual storytellingExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to present and explain design decisions to both creative and non-creative stakeholdersAbility to stay updated on industry trends and best practicesNice to Haves
