Talent Development Program Manager

The Talent Development Program Manager leads the development and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives for executive development, onboarding, and coaching programs that strengthen leadership capability and advance organizational performance through intentional, talent development strategies.

Essential Key Job Responsibilities :

Program Ownership :

• Design, implement, and manage development planning frameworks, tools, and processes.
• Ensure alignment with organizational strategy, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Talent Development Partner with HR and leaders to identify critical roles and development needs.
• Coordinate and facilitate development plan creation and monitoring key positions.
• Establish and maintain tracking systems to monitor participation, progress, outcomes, and impact.
• Champion a culture of learning, development, and leadership excellence across the enterprise.
• Create scalable frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure consistent program delivery across enterprise.
