SC Customer Collaboration Specialist / Manager

The VMI Manager manages and maintains the customers inventory replenishment models to maintain agreed upon targets. This role must build strong relationships by providing robust analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills to leverage both internal and external data to maximize customer satisfaction, best in class service, efficiency improvements, and aligned demand plans. This role is directly responsible for customer in stock, inventory targets, and forecast adjustments. The role requires the use of an additional software program to perform the task. The VMI position is integral to ensuring efficient operations and enhancing customer satisfaction within the company's portfolio. The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and the promotion of a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
This role is a critical component of our supply chain, working collaboratively to ensure that quality, safety, and the experience of our customers is our top priority.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
