As a PRN Registered Nurse you'll provide care to client employees i n our Health Center located in Athens, TN. The scheduled hours are as needed to cover 2nd shift, 3 : 00p - 11 : 00p.   Occasional day shifts may be available.

Preferred candidate would have flexibility to cover our health Centers located in Athens TN and Maryville, TN.

What You’ll Do

• Assesses patient care needs, conducts nursing evaluations, and provides treatment within scope of practice
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed
• Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision)
• Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care
• Performs other duties as assigned
