A Day in the Life as a Financial Services Receptionist

Perform front desk, receptionist, and administrative support duties for the Financial Services Department. Direct and answer general lending (consumer and real estate) questions and member account inquiries in person, by telephone, and via fax. Provide exceptional member service as the first point of contact.

What We Are Looking For

A high school education or equivalent. One year to three years of similar or related experience preferred. Experience may include customer service representative, office assistant, front desk representative, or office coordinator. Previous credit union or financial experience preferred.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Location

Fully onsite, Lakewood, CO.

Compensation

$19.13 – $21.25 per hour
