Job Description :
Trilyon is hiring an experienced Project Manager Technology Delivery who will be responsible for managing the execution and delivery of multiple large-scale and complex technology projects. The Project Manager Technology Delivery will oversee cross-functional teams, manage project budgets, and ensure all deliverables are completed within scope, time, and quality standards.
The successful candidate will have 8 10 years of experience managing distributed systems projects, leading technical and functional teams, and engaging directly with business stakeholders. They will act as the primary point of contact for demand management, planning, capacity forecasting, and technology lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects in distributed systems environments.
Oversee multiple functional teams, including Application Development, Solution Design, Business Analysis, and Technology Project Management.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals and organizational strategy.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor engagements.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and take corrective actions to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
Act as the single point of contact for planning and partner management discussions with business and technology stakeholders.
Oversee demand intake, capacity forecasting, and system / platform lifecycle management.
Identify project risks and mitigation strategies to ensure consistent delivery performance.
Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and transparency.
Ensure compliance with project governance standards, reporting, and performance tracking.
Drive process improvement and contribute to continuous delivery optimization.
Required Skills and Experience :
8 10 years of experience in E2E delivery and management from a technology perspective.
Proven experience executing large and complex projects within distributed systems ecosystems.
Strong background in project planning, management, and product owner support.
Experience leading diverse project teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
Proficiency in managing project budgets and vendor contracts.
Strategic thinking with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
5 7 years of experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Retail Banking Collections or Recovery space preferred.
Prior experience in the banking domain or TDM-related roles is advantageous.
