Castell’s is looking for a food runner with speed, focus, and clean execution. Someone who moves with purpose, communicates clearly, and keeps the dining room flowing without hesitation. No fine dining or Michelin background required — just discipline, work ethic, and the desire to grow.

What we need

• Fast, organized movement with strong table awareness
• Clear communication with servers, kitchen, and management
• Ability to carry multiple dishes and deliver with precision
• Respect for timing, pacing, and presentation
• A hands on approach and willingness to jump in anywhere
• A desire to grow into a strong captain
• Fine dining or Michelin experience is a plus but not required
