Compensation :
$175,000 - $200,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Enjoy an efficient work environment that delivers client results quickly and accuratelyPerform tax research on client scenarios as necessaryReview tax returns prepared by staff and coach staff as necessaryIdentify opportunities and creative strategies to minimize client taxesPrepare for and lead tax audits with the IRS, CA FTB, and other agencies as necessaryKeep the team up-to-date on new tax laws as necessaryAssist with additional financial projects for business clients (both recurring and non-recurring)Qualifications :
CPA or EA (required)Expert-level Lacerte experience (required)Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online5+ years preparing AND reviewing returnsExperience leading staff or running a small office (preferred)Excellent communication and client-facing skillsHigh-level organizational and analytical abilityA leadership mindset and interest in long-term growthAbout Company
