A day in the life.

As our Part-Time Administration & Facilities Coordinator, you'll support our Administration & Facilities Manager in all things office and mailroom related. You will manage the ordering and stocking of supplies, ensuring that every team has the resources they need to perform their jobs seamlessly. You'll act as a brand ambassador, creating an inviting office environment that reflects our culture. Your role will involve prioritizing tasks, providing centralized administrative support, and building strong relationships with employees and vendors.

Our future colleague.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :

1-3 years of relevant experience

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Availability to work part-time in the Dublin Ohio office 4-5 days a week, totaling 20 hours per week

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the day

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Previous mailroom and / or office management experience within an insurance agency

Experience with Client Resource Management systems

Familiarity with event planning and execution

The applicable hourly rate range for this role is $16.00 to $27.31.

The hourly rate offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $34,100 to $58,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
