A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a global software development team in the Oncology domain.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for software development engineers to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of high-quality software
Manage multiple ongoing projects, facilitating collaboration and resolving issues to bring projects to delivery
Guide the career development of team members, providing performance feedback and conducting evaluations
Required Qualifications
BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in building and managing high-performance engineering teams
8+ years of experience in software development using Java or similar languages
Experience leading remote teams
Experience in biotech or another regulated industry is a strong plus
