Job descriptionLead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance tasks Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Manage maintenance budgets and inventory of supplies Schedule, communicate and follow up on work assigned to outside vendors Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) Exceptional leadership and team management skills Ability to diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues Excellent communication and organizational skills A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus Paid medical insurance for employee.
