We’re excited to offer a full-time OT / HT opportunity at either our East Lansing or Lansing clinic.

Earn a base salary of up to $87,000 depending on your experience.

Plus, participate in our clinic bonus structure where you determine how much you earn.

We’re also offering a generous sign on bonus!

What you'll do Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based practices Develop customized care plans and track progress toward functional goals Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care Educate and empower patients with tools to support recovery outside the clinic Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education What you bring An active Occupational Therapy license and a graduate degree or higher Hand Therapy experience is required HTC (Hand Therapy Certification) is a plus, but not required New graduates with clinical experience in hand therapy are welcome to apply Strong clinical judgment and a passion for helping others Clear, confident communication and a team-oriented mindset Commitment to delivering care that is effective, compassionate, and patient-focused What we offer Competitive salary and productivity bonus structure 401(k)  Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and holidays Life and disability insurance Support for continuing education and career advancement If you're ready to join a team where you can thrive, lead, and create exceptional patient experiences while having fun, we want to hear from you!
