Pethealth Services Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Membership Sales Representative (Spanish) who will report to the Supervisor, Membership Sales. The Bilingual Membership Sales Representative (Spanish) has a primary focus on selling our pet recovery memberships and other products to pet parents calling in to the contact center.

Job Location : Remote - Canada

Main Responsibilities :

• Manages inbound communications from prospective customer and pet parents regarding products and services.
• Participates in various outbound campaigns targeting warm leaders.
• Responsible for selling, upselling, and cross-selling services and products.
• Responsible for partnering with training on employee onboarding strategies.
• Identifies trends from inbound communications that can be escalated to a senior or a manager / supervisor.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• This position offers a competitive annual salary, along with uncapped monthly commissions and an annual performance-based bonus.

Qualifications :

Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time position : Days and hours to be determined by needs of business. Hours to be determined between employee and director.
