Playground Aides

• Ensure the safety of all children at assigned schools / playground.
• Requires outside work and follows safety guidelines.
• Works in all types of weather extremes.
• Requires mobility to walk around the playground.
• Assumes responsibility for play equipment.
• Organizes group games and activities as needed.
• Standing and walking are regular functions of this position.
• Monitor student(s) individually in small or large groups in a variety of circumstances
• Shift is during noon hour typically between 11 : 00 a.m. and 1 : 00 p.m.
