Account Manager

Job Brief : We are seeking a proactive Retail Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with independent jobbers. You will drive sales and promotional initiatives, optimize jobber participation in our program , and serve as a commercial partner to our retail customers.

Responsibilities :

• Sustainable day‑to‑day account ownership and relationship building with key independent jobbers
• Forecasting and demand planning to ensure product availability
• Execution of promotions and merchandising programs
• Sales analysis and strategic account planning
• Cross‑team coordination including logistics, marketing, and finance
• Contract negotiations and performance reviews
• Command of technical expertise to support retail partner
