Product Owner

Infosys is seeking a Product Manager. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with Customer Organization and Product engineering teams. Essential Job Duties shall include evaluating the product we are building against customer current and future needs as well as competition to be able to identify table stake, differentiated and innovative features that need to be built into the product. ResponsibilitiesProduct ownership of the evolution of our data products, serving as a subject matter expert and "voice of the market".Responsible for driving the vision, strategy, design, implementation, and sustainment of data products with leadership and working teams. Prioritize, refine, and manage the product backlog. Interview users, stakeholders, and business leaders to understand everyone’s key priorities, capabilities, limitations, and overall vision.Work with product owners to articulate the specifics of a feature and the value it delivers through sprint and product demos.Partner with Business Analytics and Operational teams and users to help them adopt and get the most value from our data wrangling and data visualization tools.Lead compelling demos, guiding other Product Managers and Product Owners within our ART to showcase cross-team demos of common data areasDevelop and track progress against a product roadmap to build enhancing capabilities over timeDevelop new product ideas and data use cases, and advocate for the use of data and advanced analytics inside and outside the organizationManage impediments and problems, resolve issues, and fix broken processes where possibleChampion and provide coaching on agile methodology and lean practices among business and technical partners as well as peersAlign with other product managers when needed from an overall product, organization, or cross-ART perspectiveRequired Qualifications:Candidate must be located within driving distance of Hartford, CT, Raleigh, NC , Philadelphia, PA or willing to relocate to these locations.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.Experienced in all areas of the Product Delivery Process in both Strategy and Execution.Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.Ability to balance multiple competing priorities while maximizing valueAbility to develop deep business expertise and provide thought partnership around the use of data to solve problems and drive improvementsPassionate about delivering data science and engineering projects and features in a team environment.Proven ability to facilitate complex discussions and influence cross-functional teams to decisions.Ability to review queries and query results and identify data patterns, data anomalies.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the USA without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
