Marketing Manager

Cannon & Associates is growing, and we are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing initiatives for our expanding law firm. This position is responsible for vendor management, maximizing marketing ROI, data-driven decision-making, and supporting the firm’s overall growth strategy. The ideal candidate brings proven marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Compensation :

$55,000 - $90,000 Depending on Experience

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the firm’s marketing strategy to support revenue goals
• Manage marketing vendors, budgets, and performance metrics
• Monitor campaign analytics and report results with an ROI focus
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising
• Lead content strategy — social media, newsletters, blog posts, and branded materials
• Support reputation management : Google reviews, client stories, testimonials
• Track and optimize performance for intake, lead quality, and conversion rates
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Coordinate firm events, sponsorships, and community engagement opportunities
• Collaborate closely with leadership and department heads on initiatives and messaging
