Overview Content Producer role at Caterpillar Inc. This role leads major content initiatives across broadcast and digital platforms, requiring a strong storyteller with solid journalism skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Flexibility for travel and varied scheduling is essential.

Your Responsibilities Manage the strategy and implementation of content across enterprise platforms (e.g., social media, internal events, internal video and photo content, campaign management, creative development, earned media, etc.).

Manage multiple media communications programs to promote product, technology, service, and organizational presence in marketplaces aligned with objectives.

Oversee planning efforts to prioritize the 360 communications mix across Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned media.

Oversee post-production to ensure quality and accuracy.

Conduct interviews with talent and clients for narrative content.

What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills) Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Video Production, Journalism or related field.

Ability to create and tell stories through visual media (graphic design, video, etc.).

Experience delivering strategies that support change initiatives and align with goals.

Experience as a strategic advisor to C-level executives including visual communications and presentations.

Proven ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed environment.

Additional Information The primary location is Irving, TX.

Domestic relocation assistance is available for those who qualify.

Must be able to travel up to 20% (Domestic & International).

Compensation & Benefits Summary Pay Range : $126,000.00 - $189,000.00

Compensation and benefits vary by factors such as job level, location, knowledge, skills, performance, and experience. Salary is one component of total compensation.
