Job descriptionBC / BE Internal Medicine Employed, full-time position 100% outpatient Group has about 18 providers. This location has 1 MD and 2 NPS See ages 18+ Variety of payors, private insurance and Medicare Avg 15-20 patients per day Typical Mon-Fri regular office hours. Some start / end time flexibility available Phone call only : about 1 : 12 weekdays and every 8-10 weekends 4 day week can be considered EMR = Athena Salary plus quarterly productivity and quality bonus $230,000 base for new graduates, negotiable for experienced providers Shareholder option Matching 401k retirement Life, disability, dental, PTO = 4 weeks in year one; 5 weeks starting in year 2 Join a physician friendly practice and find the job satisfaction and work life balance you have been seeking Wonderful family-friendly direct suburb of DC with excellent retail, dining, and educational options
