Responsibilities :

• Manage tasks to ensure third-party development is completed, acting as an IT project manager and holding vendors accountable.
• Serve as a liaison between the business and third-party providers, handling EDI map development with external customers, vendors, suppliers, and carriers.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively between business units and partners.
• Ensure progress with Justtransform and complete tasks efficiently and logically.
• Review and update tickets through discussions and follow-ups.
• Possess both functional and technical knowledge in the EDI space to perform analyst duties.
