Complete repairs related to plumbing, electrical and general mechanics around the building

Establish a property damage and / or repair request system to identify and prioritize repairs

Respond on an on-call basis for assessment of building / property-related emergencies

Problem-solve unique repairs and building system problems

Oversees major repairs from contracted vendors

Establish maintenance schedules for painting, carpet cleaning, floor maintenance and furnishing

Maintain tools and power equipment such as fork lift, pallet jacks, lawn movers, snow

Arrange elevator inspections and repairs

Arrange fire extinguisher inspections

Make recommendations for upgrades to the building and property

Advise the Finance and Operations Director of potential expenses related to building and property

Keep records of maintenance and repair activities

Order supplies and equipment

Participates in Building Safety committee meetings
