Now Hiring : Machine Operators - Ottawa, IL

Pay : $18 or $19 per hour| 12-Hour Shifts | Days and Night Shift | Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established manufacturing company in Ottawa, IL , and we are actively seeking experienced and reliable Machine Operators to join their night shift team .

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a manufacturing background who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking for stable, long-term employment.

Schedule :

  • Night Shift : 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM
  • Day Shift : 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
  • 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule , including every other weekend
  • Must be available to train on day shift

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate and monitor machinery in a high-speed manufacturing environment
  • Perform quality checks and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Lift heavy materials safely and efficiently throughout the shift
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals and maintain a safe workspace

    • Requirements :

  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience required
  • Must be able to perform heavy lifting
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
  • Must be comfortable working rotating weekends and 12-hour shifts
