What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll take the lead on project design and land development efforts while applying your technical expertise in hydrology and hydraulics (HEC-RAS) and AutoCAD Civil 3D . You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver infrastructure projects that make a lasting impact on local communities.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and support design and development of civil engineering projects.
Prepare plans, specifications, and reports for land development and site design projects.
Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses using HEC-RAS and related tools.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to ongoing team development.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
5–10 years of experience in civil site design and land development.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HEC-RAS .
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
