From daily reconciliations to customer communication, your attention to detail will help support smooth dealership operations — that’s the Walser Way.

Compensation : $20.00–$24.00 / hour

What You’ll Do

Embrace and exhibit Walser Core Values with a servant-leader mentality

Process vehicle titling and daily bank deposits

Complete daily reconciliations (cash, credit cards, A / R, parts, and service invoices)

Manage accounts receivable and prepare monthly statements

Communicate with internal and external customers in a clear, friendly manner

Assist with annual accounting audits and other assigned projects

What You’ll Bring

Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Tekion familiarity

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
