\nRRT or CRT needed asap\nCRT @ lower rate\nMinimum 2 years current RRT experience - Required\nTravel experience – Highly preferred\nCritical access hospital experience preferred\nPerm address must be included in traveler profile \nTraveler MUST have their own vehicle for this need\nAny / All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at / after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer\n

Required Qualifications

Certified Respiratory Therapist, Adult

Experience : 2 years

Licenses : RT-VT

Certifications : CRT-NBRC(Copy Needed); PALS-AHA(Copy Needed); BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy Needed)

OR

Registered Respiratory Therapist, Adult

Experience : 2 years

Licenses : RT-VT

Certifications : RRT-NBRC(Copy Needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy Needed); PALS-AHA(Copy Needed); BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)
